SMS Terms & Conditions
Infinity Concierge is a messaging program offered by Distinct Intelligence LLC on behalf of the hospitality property you are corresponding with. These terms describe the SMS and WhatsApp messages you may receive after opting in, and how to stop receiving them at any time.
- Infinity Concierge lets you communicate by SMS and WhatsApp with the property you're staying with. When you opt in, you may receive messages such as responses to questions about your stay, reservation and booking confirmations, local recommendations, and other guest-service communications from that property.
- You can cancel this SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you've been messaging. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at erickr007@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with the property. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

This program is used by independent hospitality properties to message their own guests. The property you're corresponding with is responsible for the content of its messages; Distinct Intelligence provides the underlying messaging infrastructure described in our Privacy Policy.
